- Dakimakura listings include the printed pillowcase only. Inner pillows are sold separately in the store.
- How should I choose fabric and size?
- Choose fabric by the feel and finish you prefer, then match the pillowcase size to your insert or display setup.
- Are import fees included?
- Import fees are prepaid where available. If customs charges you, send us the receipt.
- How is the order shipped?
- We print each order carefully, then ship it with tracking in discreet, neutral packaging.
- Can I return an item?
- Eligible standard catalog items can be returned within 31 days if the hygiene packaging is still unopened. Custom uploaded artwork is non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
