Eligible Returns (Standard Designs)

For standard designs selected from our catalog, you have 31 days from the date of delivery to request a return. However, dakimakura covers are considered intimate bedding items. For health protection and hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the product remains in its original, sealed, transparent packaging.

If the hygiene seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage. Unopened, fully sealed items may be returned within this window, with the direct return shipping costs covered by the buyer.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Items featuring your own uploaded artwork or specific personalizations are manufactured exclusively for you. Under EU law, goods made to the consumer's exact specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom artwork orders unless the item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect.

Damages, Defects, and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the incorrect design, we will absolutely make it right. You have 31 days to report the issue to support@dakiheaven.com. Please include clear photos of the defect so we can assist you quickly.

(Note: Final measurements may vary by 1-3cm and weight may vary by 10-100 grams due to the manual production and stuffing process. These small variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.)

Return Shipping & Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. For valid returns of unopened, sealed items, the buyer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned, sealed item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
