Creating your custom cover is simple. First, select your preferred size and material. Then, use the "Upload" buttons for the front and back. Our built-in tool allows you to crop your images to match the exact aspect ratio of your chosen size, ensuring a perfect fit. You will be able to preview the final result before placing your order to ensure everything looks exactly how you imagined.
Don't worry about pixelation. We offer two enhancement tiers to guarantee a flawless print:

Shipping, Tracking & Customs
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Dakiheaven orders ship in neutral packaging with no anime or dakimakura description printed on the outside label.
How long does delivery usually take?
Covers are made to order for print quality, so production usually takes 2-7 business days before shipping. Standard delivery is usually estimated at 14-21 days, and express delivery is usually estimated at 6-10 business days.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Import fees are prepaid where available. If customs charges you, send us the receipt.
Where is my tracking number?
You will receive tracking by email after your order has been produced and handed to the courier. You can also check status on our order tracking page using your tracking number. Check your spam folder or contact support if you have not received tracking after 7 business days.
Fabrics & Care
How do I wash my dakimakura cover?
- Remove the cover from the pillow insert.
- Turn the cover inside out and place it in a laundry bag.
- Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle with mild, bleach-free detergent.
- Air dry only. Do not use a machine dryer or iron because high heat can damage the fabric and artwork.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my item?
Eligible standard catalog items can be returned within 31 days after receipt only if the original transparent packaging remains unopened and the hygiene seal is intact. Opened dakimakura covers and inserts cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Can I return a custom uploaded design?
No. Items made with your uploaded artwork or distinct customizations are produced to your specifications and are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact support as soon as possible. Because covers are made to order, production can begin quickly; once printing has started, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

Is the pillow insert included?
This listing is for the printed dakimakura pillowcase. Deluxe inner body pillows are sold separately in the shop unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
Will I receive censored NSFW artwork?
No. Dakiheaven does not sell censored artwork. If a product includes NSFW artwork, the available artwork is shown in the product gallery so you can review exactly what you are ordering before checkout.
Will the print look pixelated?
Dakiheaven uses high-resolution source files for crisp anime line art and clean color reproduction. For custom uploads, high-resolution artwork gives the best print result.

Great store!
This review will be posted at the custom dakimakura page, but I also wanted to write some general things in this review about the store. I have placed a few orders at Dakiheaven the past few months and I have to say I'm really happy with this store. The customer service is great. They are helpful and reply quickly. Within 1 workday or even the same day (during working days). The two custom dakimakura's I have gotten printed (peachskin) are in my opinion very good quality (although your mileage might vary depending on the quality of the images used). The non-custom dakimakura covers the store offers are also of good quality (peach skin again, I can’t speak for the other materials). For my two custom dakimakura’s I do believe that the color black comes out slightly lighter on the print, but to me this is no issue. Although I believe it is in general hard to print a quite dark black (same goes for printing pictures).It probably also depends on the type of material you have selected. The editing tool for the custom dakimakura when you upload the pictures is absolutely great and I haven’t seen a tool like this anywhere else so far. (Give it a try with a random picture). When doing some research about 180x60 covers I found that sometimes the zipper used for this size of cover is the same one as used for 150x50 or 160x50 covers. If this is the case it would make it more difficult to get the 180x60 cover on the pillow. However I can say that for the 180x60 peach skin custom cover at this store, the zipper is longer than the one used for the 150x50 cover; which is great. The inner body pillow plush deluxe the store offers is also great. I like the stuffing used. I’m not sure how to describe it, but I prefer this stuffing much more over the stuffing used in a generic body pillow you can buy at a supermarket sometimes. I should probably edit this review later on and state which stuffing the supermarket body pillow has. If you plan to wash the inner body pillow casing like I do, then it would be wise to be somewhat careful around the zipper area when removing and refilling the stuffing. You might tear the seams of the inner body pillow casing to the left and right side of the zipper (the zipper is not across the entire width). If you do happen to tear it, it is a simple fix with a thread and needle. But if you are somewhat careful you shouldn’t even tear it. I was probably too aggressive when putting the stuffing back the first time. I think this is all for now. I should eventually try to add some pictures. In a nutshell I can definitely recommend this store!
