Deluxe quality pillow, size measurement confusing
This is my first Dakimakura, I ordered a case elsewhere and needed a inner pillow from a shop close to me. Ordered 170x60cm Plush Deluxe. The pillow arrived fast and in good condition. It's soft yet firm and thick, it deserves the name deluxe. The only thing confusing to me was that my pillow seems to be only 160x50cm the way I measure it. But the shop assures me they sent the right one and it will fit perfectly with my case. I will update this review once my case arrives.

- Is the packaging discreet?
- 100% Yes. We understand privacy is important. All orders are shipped in plain white packaging with no "anime" descriptions on the label. It is usually declared simply as a "pillow case".

- Because our covers are made to order to ensure the highest print quality, please allow 2-7 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
- Will I be charged Customs or Import Taxes?
- No. VAT & Import Taxes are covered by us. In the rare event customs incorrectly flags your package for a fee, simply complete the payment to release it and contact customer service with the receipt for a full, immediate refund.
- Where is my tracking number?
- You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been produced and handed over to the courier. Please check your spam folder or contact customer service if you haven't received it after 7 business days.

- How do I wash my Dakimakura?
- To keep the artwork vibrant:
- Remove the cover from the pillow insert.
- Turn the cover inside out and place in a laundry bag.
- Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle using mild, bleach-free detergent.
- Air Dry Only. Never use a machine dryer or iron, as high heat damages the fabric. We recommend hanging it over a drying rack or shower rod (folded in half) to prevent stretching when wet.

- Can I return my item?
- You can return your items within 31 days upon receipt in their original state. If there are any signs of usage, your return will be denied for hygienic reasons.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, but please contact us immediately! Because our covers are made to order, we typically begin production within 24 hours. Once the printing process has started, we can no longer cancel or modify your order.
